Walk

Matija Prajo, a friend from Split and professional kinesiologist told me long time ago ..
"When you are overweight running doesnt help because the heart rate is too high and it is not helping in loosing weight. You should walk. But wisely.
You should walk at least 40 min just a bit faster then ordinary walk and the heart rate has to be 18 - 20 pulses per 10 sec .. in total .. around 115 pulses per 1 minute."

I have experience of walking around 40 min just enough when you feel you are starting sweating.
And having the heart rate of 18-20 pulses per 10 sec. When I would eat properly all day long and not eating after 6 pm .. i would loose around 0.3 kg daily.

So, anytime in the day i will go for a bit faster walk at least 40 minutes long.

What else could I do?

It is important to ask the right questions?

So ... I gained a lot of kilograms.

Now .. What?
What should I do?

1) I have to start moving much more.

What does that mean?
That means I should start using all the knowledge and experience I have to lose weight and build new, improved lifestyle which is going to work for me and which I am going to love and live.

Ok!! .. But what are the activities I am going to involve?
Should I run? .... No way .. I hate running!!
Well I do not hate it but now I am too overweight for running.

Game changer

Today is a game changer.
Why?
.. .. I have had never ever gain so many weight ..
Today I found I have more than 128 kg.

On the beginning of this year I've had around 110 kg
and then on the April, 1st I started working in tourist season as a professional driver.
The job was so intense with lot of work and me using every free time to rest and eat of course with no moving, almost at all. So I gained almost 20 kg in 6 months. My God ?!!!

Al right, it is time for changing the game. Changing the lifestyle. Changing the food I eat.
