So ... I gained a lot of kilograms.
Now .. What?
What should I do?
1) I have to start moving much more.
What does that mean?
That means I should start using all the knowledge and experience I have to lose weight and build new, improved lifestyle which is going to work for me and which I am going to love and live.
Ok!! .. But what are the activities I am going to involve?
Should I run? .... No way .. I hate running!!
Well I do not hate it but now I am too overweight for running.
